Through ACT, you can learn to be more aware and intentional in making choices in your life, open to your experience with less struggle, and engaged with your life. This third class focuses on building awareness of what’s important to you in your daily life and also noticing the autopilot reactions that take you away from what’s most important to you.

Weekly exercise: set aside some time and work on this in one sitting
Daily reflection: to complete on a daily basis at night or in the morning
